He joined the California bar in 1982 and spent 10 years as in-house counsel for a national lending institution. His vast experience has included work with buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, and landlord and tenant in the real estate field.  He has also dealt with individuals and large and small businesses in his business law practice.

A lifelong resident of Northern California, Terence K. Sharp received his B.S. in business at California State University in Chico in 1977. He then graduated in 1981 with a law degree from Sacramento’s McGeorge School of Law. In 1982, Mr. Sharp acquired a Certificate in Advanced Legal Studies from Salzburg University in Salzburg, Austria. He has built his expertise in matters as diverse as business and commercial law, business organizations, real estate law construction, litigation law, contracts, land use and zoning, and landlord / tenant dealings.
